Project context and summary :

AimĀ : When L. amazonensis (L.am.) amastigotes infect BMDMs, they induce multiple strategies to allow their survival and multiplication. This project aims at deciphering the transcriptional modulations induced after three days of in vitro infection of C57BL/6 BMDMs with L. amazonensis (L.am.) amastigotes, in unstimulated conditions, or conditions that induce NLRP3 inflammasome activation.
